  1. Loaded and empty cars for Baltimore, Washington, D. C., and Potomac Yard and South, including LCL Merchandise and Forwarder Cars off Trains LCL-2 and LCL-4.
  2. All freight for Hagarstown and so routing, including cars for N&W Rwy.
  3. Enola and beyond, excl. of Blocks 1 and 2 and PG-10 classification, but to include Merchandise and Forwarder Cars for Enola and beyond off Trains LCL-2 ad LCL-4, except as provided for by LCL-2.
