RC F38

Two F38 were built at Altoona in April 1954. They had a 250-ton capacity and had a steel floor 50'0" by 10'0". They rode on four 3F-F4 Buckeye six-wheel trucks. They were often seen in service for General Electric, Westinghouse, and Mesta Machine Company.
